Office/Warehouse Assistant

This position is suitable for a dependable and versatile individual who can provide assistance in maintaining office and warehouse operations.  


High school graduate with some community college. 
– General office experience  such as scheduling, telephone skills, typing, documentation Skills, meeting planning, verbal Communication, written communication, administrative writing skills, reporting.
 Basic skills with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
Detail oriented and troubleshooting skills.
 Bilingual in Chinese and English (Oral & Written).
 Ability to operate a forklift and large vehicle a plus.

Job duties include maintaining office and warehouse supplies and equipment such as troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; picking-up and delivering items; stocking and expediting orders with periodic lifting of at least 50 lbs; enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
